Will the outcome of the presidential race be the fall of America like the fall of the Roman Empire? There are disturbing similarities between the fall of the Roman Empire and what is happening in America today.
One of the main reasons the Roman Empire fell was that a high percentage of the Roman population were radicals who resented their own empire. America is the freest and greatest nation in the world. We have the most opportunity to achieve prosperity and happiness, and live to our fullest potential. But today, America is infested with citizens and immigrants (legal and illegal) who resent America and everything our great nation stands for. Radicals in our society are Liberals. One of our political parties resents our individual freedoms, our institutions, our free market capitalist system, and our status as the greatest superpower in the world. The Democrat party advances radical agendas that are opposed to our own security, freedom, sovereignty, prosperity, and economic growth.
Today our institutions, traditions, unique culture, our language, and everything that makes America the greatest nation in the world are under assault; our Constitution, our individual freedoms, our sovereignty, God, our traditional morals and values, traditional families and marriage, our private property rights, our free market capitalist system, and our military who protect and defend our liberty and freedom. Liberals do not appreciate our freedom and prosperity and view America as a threat to the world. The Democrat Party has nothing but contempt for our military and has actively sought our defeat in the War on Terror for political gain. America has liberated millions of people and is the most caring, giving, and generous nation in the world. We feed, cloth, protect, and care for the world. American taxpayers give billions of dollars in aid and assistance to countries all over the world. But Liberals view America not as the solution to the world's problems, but as the cause of the world's problems. Left wing nuts blame America for terrorism and blame Americans for Global Warming hysteria. Global Warming is nothing but a left wing attack on our freedoms, prosperity, and our free market capitalist system.
Liberals resent the greatness of America. The next time you are at a party or barbecue, ask people you know or suspect are Democrats what they love most about America. You will be shocked at their responses or lack of responses. If they have trouble answering or answer by criticizing America, you are talking to a Liberal who resents America!
The Democrat Party resents our individual freedom because freedom allows you to be free of the shackles of the state. Slowly and surely our elected officials and radical federal judges have chipped away at our individual freedoms one by one. Our private property rights have been violated, we are told we cannot smoke, and the government is telling us what we can and cannot eat. Our Supreme Court and lower federal courts over step their authority and make a habit of overturning the will of the people by striking down laws they don't like that were passed by the people. Federal and state judges impose their radical policy preferences on America. The Democrat party has been enormously successful at advancing their radical agenda that would never pass at the ballot box through the federal courts. Issues such as legalizing gay marriage and providing constitutional protections to terrorist have been forced on Americans against our will. According to Barack Obama, if he becomes president, he will not allow us to drive SUV's, eat whatever we want to eat, and use our energy as we see fit because the world won't like it.
Obama and the Democrat party resent our free market capitalist system because free markets allow people to achieve to their fullest potential. This of course creates a system where some people will achieve more than others. Obama resents that. In Obama's world there must be fairness and equality of results, and everyone must be in need to the government. Those who achieve must be punished with higher taxation so others may be given more government handouts.
Our nation's sovereignty is under daily assault because our political leaders refuse to protect our borders, do not enforce our immigration laws, and do not require that immigrants assimilate to our culture, language, and way of life. We are told that we must make accommodations to immigrants who do not speak English and who are offended by our culture and traditions. Some Hispanics refuse to speak English and some Muslim groups preach their hatred of America at taxpayer funded Muslim schools and mosques.
Liberal extremists control colleges all across America where young students are indoctrinated in anti-American propaganda. Sadly many of these students believe the crap their radical professors are preaching and go out into the real world hating America. The Messiah Barack Obama is a product of what he was taught by radical professors. Obama is a naive appeaser who views America as a threat to the world and thinks diplomacy and concessions to rogue regimes such as Iran will solve the world's problems and eliminate the threat of terrorism to America and our allies.
The 2008 presidential election is one of the most important elections in our history. The outcome could change America for the worse, forever. Barack Obama is the most radical anti-American presidential candidate in our history. Obama is a pure communist who resents our superpower status, individual freedoms, traditions and institutions, and our free market capitalist system. Obama is ashamed of America and can't even bring himself to wear an American flag pin!
Obama has accomplished nothing in his life that would indicate that he is even capable of being president of his community association. Obama's career experience consists of nailing pamphlets to telephone poles in Chicago and then spending an arduous 140 plus days as a member of the US Senate where he has accomplished absolutely nothing.
Obama would be Jimmy Carter's second term and that would be a disaster America may never recover from. Obama would surrender to the terrorists and his domestic policies would destroy our economy. Like McCain, Obama supports cap and trade policies to combat phony Global Warming. Cap and Trade policies will create negative growth and will ruin our economy.
Thirty years ago in the America we used to know, a radical like Obama would not last 2 days in the primary. But today Obama is loved by the mainstream media and polls indicate that nearly half of the voting age population will vote for him in November (i.e. people who resent America). In the aftermath of 9/11, who would have imagined that 7 years later the Democrat nominee for president would be a radical who resents America, is friends with domestic terrorists, has sought our defeat in the War on Terror, and is sympathetic to our enemies who are state sponsors of terrorism? Iran is arming themselves with nuclear weapons that they intend to use to destroy Israel and America and Obama does not take the threat they pose seriously.
Sadly John McCain is not much better than Obama. McCain has made a career of supporting left wing causes and sponsoring horrible legislation that has been damaging to our country. Bills such as McCain/Feingold and the failed McCain/Kennedy amnesty bill have caused incredible harm to America. Fortunately the McCain/Lieberman Global Warming bill that would destroy our economy did not pass, but we have not heard the last from McCain on Global Warming. McCain resents individuals who prosper, is clueless on basic economics, and his energy, immigration, and economic policies will ruin our economy and sovereignty.
This fall we have a choice between an anti-American radical who will destroy America and an inept candidate who will harm our economy, prosperity, and sovereignty. People who vote for Obama are radicals who resent America or are clueless independents who do not pay attention to the issues. At least with McCain we have a candidate who supports free trade, may resist out of control government spending, will maintain a strong national defense, and will not surrender in the War on Terror. America cannot afford the carnage of an Obama presidency. The night Ronald Reagan won the 1980 presidential election the late Senator Jesse Helms declared: "God has given America one more chance". If Obama wins in 2008, America may be out of chances forever.
